Nestle U.S.A. Nesquik Special Promotion, Nestle Headquarters, Glendale, California

We did an event at the Nestle U.S.A. Headquarters in Glendale last week.  It was part of a promotion for the new Walt Disney film “Wreck-It Ralph”, in which Nesquik flavored milk products and the Nesquik bunny are featured using product placement.  

It was an all day, two-photo booth event.  Located in the beautiful Nestle Dining Center on the ground floor, the photo booths were available to employees and visitors for photo-taking all day from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M., with most of the photo booth traffic coming during a 3-hour period around lunch time.  In addition to the photo booths, Nestle provided many game machines for employees to use.  A full-sized animated Nesquik bunny even made an appearance, and to the delight of many employees, took many photo booth photos with them.  Nestle administrators were very gracious and helpful, providing us with everything we needed to do our job well.

We did did this event last year, and it was a lot of fun. PSJMC rented two photo booths between 6 P.M. and midnight, serving more than 600 employees. The photo booth, along with several bars, were located at opposite ends of the foyer of what must be the largest ballroom available at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel. Our client contact, Administrative Director Mr. Kevin Traber, told me that the photo booths were so popular last year that about 50 people had asked him if they were going to have them again this year. And he was right. Many guests said they remembered us from the previous year and seemed happy to have us back. Lots of guests used the props we provided, which included seasonal items like Santa hats and reindeer antler headbands. Alex Gharzarian from PSJMC and Leo from the Marriott took care of all of our needs during set up and throughout the event. Printefex La Canada was also there to take professional studio-lit photographs that employees picked up later during the event.
